local-llm-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/release/SKILL.md

release is a skill for Claude Code from naka-koma/local-llm-mcp. It costs 16 tokens per session (284 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A release checklist and command sequence for publishing a new GitHub release. A GitHub release is a named, versioned snapshot of a project shared with its users.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check the repository, prepare release notes from the commit history, confirm a semantic version such as `v0.2.0`, and create the GitHub release after approval.
Why use it?
It reduces the chance of releasing from the wrong branch, missing changes, or creating a release without approval.

Skill for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: user-invocable in frontmatter.

This is naka-koma/local-llm-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on local-llm-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything local-llm-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00016 $0.00284
Opus 5 $0.00008 $0.00142
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00057
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00028

Measured 11d ago against content hash ac01dff59859, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

release scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

手順

gh release create <version> --title "<version>" --notes "<リリースノート>"

  5. 結果を報告する

注意

  • タグ・リリースの作成は不可逆な操作なので、必ずユーザーの確認を得てから実行する
  • semver(vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH)に従う。ask_local_llmのインターフェースを壊す変更はMAJORを上げる
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
