Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.02591
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.01295
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00518
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00259

Measured 5d ago against content hash 8917d41a5a09, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

weekly-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (index.ts), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Weekly Review Skill

Purpose: Conduct comprehensive GTD weekly review to maintain system integrity, clear your mind, and plan effectively.

Trigger: User requests weekly review or "It's time for my weekly review"

GTD Weekly Review Checklist

Phase 1: Get Clear (Empty Collection Points)

1.1 Process Physical Inbox

  • Ask: "Have you processed all physical items (mail, notes, business cards)?"
  • Capture any items into GTD system

1.2 Process Digital Inbox

# Check inbox.md
- Review all items in inbox.md
- Process each item (What is it? Is it actionable?)
- Move to appropriate list:
  - Next actions → next-actions.md
  - Projects → projects.md
  - Waiting → waiting.md
  - Someday/Maybe → someday.md
  - Reference → Archive
  - Trash → Delete

1.3 Process Email Inbox

  • Use Gmail MCP to check: mcp__google-workspace__search_gmail_messages
  • Goal: Inbox zero
  • Process using GTD workflow

1.4 Process Notes & Capture Tools

  • Review WhatsApp messages for captured tasks
  • Check voice notes/recordings
  • Clear any temporary capture locations

Phase 2: Get Current (Update Lists)

2.1 Review Next Actions (next-actions.md)

For each next action:
- [ ] Still relevant? (Delete if not)
- [ ] Still next action? (Move to projects if multi-step)
- [ ] Context still accurate? (@home, @work, @computer, etc.)
- [ ] Can be done this week? (Move to someday if not)
- [ ] Mark completed items as DONE

2.2 Review Projects (projects.md)

For each project:
- [ ] What's the successful outcome?
- [ ] Is there a next action defined?
- [ ] Is it still active? (Move to someday if stalled)
- [ ] Update status/progress notes
- [ ] Archive if completed (celebrate! 🎉)

2.3 Review Waiting For (waiting.md)

For each waiting item:
- [ ] Still waiting? (Check if received/completed)
- [ ] Need to follow up? (Create next action)
- [ ] How long waiting? (Escalate if needed)
- [ ] Mark completed and remove from list

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
