doughnut: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/dough-execute-plan/SKILL.md

dough-execute-plan is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from nerds-odd-e/doughnut. It costs 207 tokens per session (4,092 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for carrying out an existing executable plan for one selected story. It works through the plan's slices, updates the plan, performs focused checks, and handles delivery steps such as commits and pushes according to project rules.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to execute a prepared plan from start to finish, including slice delivery, selective formatting, refactoring, verification, plan updates, and asynchronous CI repair.
Why use it?
It keeps implementation within the approved story and slice boundaries instead of treating a rough seed or unrelated task as instructions. It also separates coordination from the agents that make code changes.

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: mentions Claude Code; installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); mentions Codex.

This is nerds-odd-e/doughnut's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on doughnut itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything doughnut configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00207 $0.04092
Opus 5.5 $0.00083 $0.01637
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00041 $0.00818
Haiku 4.5 $0.00021 $0.00409

Security

Grade A, and why

dough-execute-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 23 executable files (scripts/agent-assignments.mjs, scripts/agent-commit.mjs, scripts/applicable-candidate-proof.mjs, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Execute planned or planless work

Execute the selected plan or one explicitly authorized planless quick slice from an understood canonical feature story or contextual instruction. The coordinator owns delivery; implementation agents return uncommitted changes.

Establish execution context

Identify the execution source before changing project state:

  • Planned: require an executable plan. For a feature story, read its seed section. For a bounded correction, require its complete correction input — its story and plan, or a plan-homed correction's plan — under planning scope and lifecycle.
  • Quick: require an explicit current instruction that authorizes planless execution. The source is either a canonical feature story with understood goal, scope, key examples, and no blocking decision, plus the instruction to skip slice planning; or a contextual instruction that supplies the objective, known expectations, remaining uncertainty, and authority. A seed alone or apparent story size cannot select this path. Corrections require plans. In Story Branch or Trunk Mode, first admit an accepted independent mission; otherwise create no story, plan, or queue entry.

Name missing authority or source context and stop before backlog changes, delegation, or implementation. Successful quick execution keeps its scope in its story, when admitted, and its decisions, progress, and proof in the conversation; create no plan, completion note, or substitute record. A contextual instruction may leave expectations unresolved. Carry its goal and uncertainty, resolve what a behavior change requires, and allow an evidenced no-change conclusion through the explained-empty-change path.

Use planning level for source ownership, proof ownership when mapping or accepting proof, and active-plan refinement for plan updates. Judge proof during execution; retain completed plans, source history, and proof decisions for retrospective and story wrap-up. Quick work retains its source, conversation, and execution identity. Use slice decomposition for Behavior/Structure types and slice sizing for budgets and learning escalation.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
