Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00051 | $0.00636 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00026 | $0.00318 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00127 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00064 |
Grade A, and why
customer-overview scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 92 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Customer Overview
Assembles a full picture of a customer from multiple Newline API resources.
Step 1 — Find and Retrieve the Customer
If you have the customer UID:
get-customer uid=<customer_uid>
If you need to search:
list-customers (filter by first_name, last_name, email, or external_uid)
Record from the customer response:
uid,external_uiddetails— name, phone, business nameemailstatus—active,locked,archivedkyc_statusandkyc_status_reasonslock_reason/locked_at— if applicabletotal_balancepool_uids— pools the customer belongs tocustomer_type— individual vs. business
Step 2 — Retrieve Synthetic Accounts
get-synthetic-accounts
Filter visually or by pool_uid to find accounts belonging to this customer's pools.
For each account note:
name,uid,statussynthetic_account_categorynet_usd_balance,net_usd_pending_balance,net_usd_available_balancerouting_number,account_number_last_four- Payment rail details (
ach,wire, orinstant_paymentblock)
Step 3 — Retrieve Recent Transactions
list-transactions customer_uid=[<customer_uid>] sort=created_at_desc limit=10
For each transaction note:
transaction_type,status,amount,currencydescriptiontransfer_uid— link to originating transfer if applicablecreated_at
Step 4 — Retrieve Recent Customer Activities
list-customer-activities
Filter for entries where customer_uid matches. These capture login events,
KYC updates, setting changes, and other audit trail entries.
Note any recent activity_type values that suggest issues (failed logins,
KYC status changes, locked events).
Step 5 — Retrieve Customer Products (Optional)
list-customer-products
Look for products associated with this customer to understand their enrolled services and product eligibility.
Step 6 — Summarise
Present a structured summary covering:
- Identity — name, email, type, status, KYC status
- Balances — total balance and per-account breakdown
- Accounts — list of synthetic accounts with status and category
- Recent Transactions — last 10 with amounts and status
- Recent Activity — notable activity log entries
- Flags — any locked status, KYC failures, or pending issues
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

customer-overview is a skill published in the GitHub repository newline53/newline-mcp-server (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0.
