Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00043 | $0.06780 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00017 | $0.02712 |

Grade A, and why
replace_alignment_with_fixed_primitives scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 28d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 520 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Scope and authorization
Use this only for an approved whole-alignment replacement of one ordinary, siteless, independent centreline. It is not a route optimiser, a geometric solver, an offset/connected/railway-alignment editor, or a standards/superelevation tool.
The caller must first run a fresh alignment_geometry_audit and copy its complete connected geometry.items rows into the expected baseline below. Map audit subentityType values Line, Arc, and Spiral to line, curve, and spiral; startXY/endXY become points, a line's direction becomes lineDirection, and a spiral's direction becomes spiralDirection. For a tangent spiral, map startRadius/endRadius null plus the corresponding startIsTangent/endIsTangent flag to radiusIn/radiusOut = double.PositiveInfinity; an unknown radius is unsupported. Apply the same tangent mapping to planned spiral radii. Directions are Civil API radians (clockwise from north), not Cartesian headings; a Cartesian heading theta maps to Math.PI / 2 - theta. Coordinates and lengths use drawing units without coordinate-system conversion.
The plan must already be bounded and independently checked. This template deliberately limits the first reusable case to a starting station of 0, no station equations, no superelevation, no design-criteria/check-set state, no profiles, and no corridor baseline using the alignment. The supplied audit assertions default to false; setting them true states independently verified prerequisites, not an automatic detector. The geometry audit alone does not prove absence of dependent alignments or superelevation. Do not infer those assertions from its empty warnings list.
Reading this skill grants no write permission. Before an approved execution, use the existing drawing guard with the full drawing filename and fingerprint, obtain the required unchanged timestamped backup through the established workflow, and use the approved saveDrawing: true path. Independently read the saved drawing back and require DBMOD=0. This template does not call SaveAs, QSAVE, or WBLOCK.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

replace_alignment_with_fixed_primitives is a skill published in the GitHub repository nezolder/civil3d-mcp-roslyn (3 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 43 tokens to every session and 6,780 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
