post is a skill for Claude Code from ninnettesudanese653/claude-plugins. It costs 13 tokens per session (352 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of post, MIT.

A workflow for drafting and publishing posts on X, LinkedIn, or Reddit. It checks access, asks for the platform and writing preferences, shows the complete draft, and requests approval before posting.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create short posts, longer LinkedIn updates, X threads, or Reddit submissions while following each platform’s stated limits and conventions.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk of publishing to the wrong platform or sending text that has not been reviewed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00013 $0.00352
Opus 5 $0.00006 $0.00176
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00070
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00035

Security

Grade A, and why

post scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Create a Post

Create and publish content to your social media accounts.

Workflow

  1. Check connection

    socials_check_access

  2. Get user input Ask if not provided:

    • Platform: X, LinkedIn, or Reddit?
    • Topic: What to post about?
    • Tone: Professional, casual, witty?
    • Length: Short, medium, thread?
  3. Get available personas

    socials_list_personas

Recommend an appropriate persona based on platform and topic.

  4. Generate or draft content Either use socials_generate_post with a persona, or draft it directly.

  5. Show draft and get approval Always show the full post text before publishing. Ask:

    • Does this look good?
    • Any changes needed?
    • Ready to post?
  6. Publish

    socials_create_post

Platform tips

X (Twitter)

  • Keep under 280 characters for single posts
  • Threads: Start with a hook, number each tweet
  • Use line breaks for readability

LinkedIn

  • Can be longer (up to 3000 chars)
  • Story format works well
  • End with a question for engagement

Reddit

  • Choose the right subreddit
  • Follow subreddit rules
  • Add value, don't just promote

Arguments

If the user provides text after /socials:post, use it as the topic or content idea.

Example: /socials:post about our new feature launch on LinkedIn

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
