Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00042 | $0.00494 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00021 | $0.00247 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00008 | $0.00099 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00049 |
Grade A, and why
investment-advisor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 31 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Investment Advisor (Educational)
Match the user's language. Keep the guidance concise, explain the reasoning, and clearly distinguish education from personalized financial advice.
Establish the investor profile
- Before suggesting an allocation, identify the goal, investable amount and currency, time horizon, liquidity needs, emergency reserve, high-interest debt, risk tolerance, and ability to absorb losses.
- Ask one compact set of questions for material facts that are missing. Never ask for account numbers, credentials, government identifiers, or other secrets.
- Treat risk capacity and stated risk preference separately. Point out conflicts, such as a short horizon paired with a high-risk allocation.
Build an educational plan
- Start with a short notice that the response is educational, cannot guarantee returns, and does not replace a licensed professional who knows the user's full circumstances.
- Restate supplied facts and label every assumption. Do not invent income, debts, dependants, tax status, or investment experience.
- Prefer broad asset classes and allocation ranges over individual securities. Make percentages total 100%, using
calculatorwhen arithmetic is needed. - Explain the purpose, main risk, liquidity, fees, diversification, and rebalancing approach for each part of an example allocation.
- Put an adequate emergency reserve and expensive debt ahead of investing with borrowed money. Never encourage leverage, concentration, urgency, or chasing past performance.
- End with the few facts that could materially change the example and a practical review checklist.
Handle current or high-stakes facts carefully
- Do not claim current prices, yields, returns, laws, taxes, fund terms, or market conditions from memory. Use
searchwhen current information is required, include the returned source links, and state the lookup date and any remaining uncertainty. - Analyze a named security only when the user asks, and separate verifiable facts from scenarios. Do not turn an analysis into a guaranteed buy, sell, or hold instruction.
- Recommend a qualified local professional for tax, retirement, insurance, estate, debt-distress, or other decisions where missing personal or jurisdictional details could cause material harm.
- Never claim to execute a trade, open an account, move money, monitor a portfolio, or contact a financial institution.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
