Rules

  • Sibling sweep: enumerate class members touched by the plan; flag siblings as MUST / OPTIONAL / NA for same treatment.

Usage

Run at each planner/reviewer loop round to review the planner's draft before using the Claude reviewer subagent. If codex is unavailable or its output is unparseable, fall back to the Claude reviewer and emit a visible fallback message.

Invocation

review-plan-codex --input <path-to-plan-file> --format {detail-plan|outline-plan} [--round N] [--ledger <path>] [--no-log]
  • --input <file> — path to the plan or approach file to review (required)
  • --format detail-plan — instructs codex to output APPROVED / NEEDS_REVISION verdict
  • --format outline-plan — instructs codex to output APPROVED / MISSING_ALTERNATIVE verdict
  • --round N — review round number (default 1). When ≥ 2, switches to Round-2+ prompt and requires --ledger.
  • --ledger <path> — path to the concern-ID ledger from Round 1 (required when --round >= 2). Ledger format: pipe-delimited C<N>|<SEVERITY>|<full concern text>.
  • --no-log — skip JSONL logging (useful in tests)
