What is init-context?

A project-context setup tool that organizes instructions and reference material so an agent can load the right information for each task. It changes CLAUDE.md into a routing guide and keeps MEMORY.md as an index.

Use it when starting a project or reorganizing its agent instructions, knowledge directory, CLAUDE.md, and MEMORY.md files.

It reduces the need to load every project instruction at once and helps prevent important context from becoming scattered or outdated. Task-based routing makes the relevant guidance easier to find.
