A planning assistant for improving a website’s visibility in search engines. SEO, or search engine optimization, is the work of helping useful pages appear in search results.

In plain words
What is it for?
It analyzes competitors, plans target keywords, creates a content calendar, and produces a roadmap for carrying out the SEO work.
Why use it?
It turns business goals and competitor information into an organized plan instead of leaving keyword, content, and implementation decisions disconnected.

Getting it into your agent

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00044 $0.00990
Opus 5 $0.00022 $0.00495
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00198
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00099

Measured 13d ago against content hash 6650dd9d9562, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

30x-seo-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

SEO Strategy Planning

What This Skill Does

Create SEO strategy: analyze competitors, plan keywords, create content calendar, output implementation roadmap.

Does NOT do:

  • Website architecture design → use site-architecture
  • Technical SEO checks → use seo-technical
  • Content generation → use seo-content-writer

Optional Input

Input Source Description
seo-keywords output /seo keywords If keyword research exists, read as strategy input

Not a hard dependency. You can plan first then research, or research first then plan.

Process

Step 1: Discovery

Ask user:

  • Business type (SaaS / E-commerce / Local service / Media / Other)
  • Target audience (Who are your customers?)
  • Main competitors (3-5)
  • Goals (Traffic? Conversions? Brand?)
  • Existing website? (Yes → analyze current state; No → new site planning)

Step 2: Competitor Analysis

For each competitor, analyze:

Dimension Check Points
Content What pages? Blog frequency? Content depth?
Keywords What keywords rank? Content topics?
E-E-A-T Author info? Expert endorsements? Trust signals?
Structure URL hierarchy? Navigation design?

Tools: WebFetch + Perplexity

Output: COMPETITOR-ANALYSIS.md

Step 3: Keyword Strategy

If seo-keywords output exists → read and integrate If not → infer from competitor analysis + user input

Determine:

  • Core keywords (3-5)
  • Long-tail keywords (10-20)
  • Topic clusters

Output: Integrate into SEO-STRATEGY.md

Step 4: Content Planning

Based on keyword strategy, plan:

Content Type Example
Pillar pages Authoritative long-form on core topics
Cluster pages Detailed articles around pillars
Blog posts Regular update content

Output: CONTENT-CALENDAR.md

# Content Calendar

## Month 1
| Week | Topic | Target Keyword | Type | Priority |
|------|-------|----------------|------|----------|
| 1 | ... | ... | Pillar | High |
| 2 | ... | ... | Cluster | Medium |

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
