Hermes Agent is an AI assistant that learns from its use by creating and improving skills, retaining knowledge, searching past conversations, and adapting to its users. It is for people who want to run an agent through a terminal or messaging platforms while connecting it to different AI models and scheduled tasks.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00016 | $0.03829 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00006 | $0.01532 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00766 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00383 |
Grade A, and why
ip-as-logo scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 156 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
IP as Logo Skill
Create the simplest possible cute IP character: a compact, lovable symbol that remains recognizable at 32 × 32, not a detailed character illustration.
Hermes adaptation notes (the rest of this document is the upstream workflow, kept intact — snapshot of s1dashu/ip-as-logo-skill commit

- Image generation path: use the built-in
image_generatetool withaspect_ratio="square". The active backend is user-configured — do not pick or switch models. Modern instruction-following backends (GPT Image, Seedream, FLUX, Grok Imagine) take the full prompt skeleton with the natural-languageConstraints:line;image_generateexposes nonegative_promptparameter, so always use the main-prompt constraints mode described below.- Parallel candidates: where the upstream text says "subagents", use
delegate_taskwith one task per candidate ONLY if the user wants speed and the batch is large; otherwise sequentialimage_generatecalls in one turn are simpler and keep all results in this conversation.- Saving results:
image_generatereturns a URL or file path. Deliver every candidate to the user with its label (platform file-delivery conventions apply); don't re-host or post-process.- QA: per the delivery rules below, do NOT auto-inspect/retry/filter candidates. Only run
vision_analyzeon a result if the user explicitly asks for a compliance check.
When to Use
Use when a user wants a mascot, IP character, brand character, or "cute logo" for a product, repo, app, or community.
Prerequisites
- An image-generation backend configured for the built-in
image_generatetool; check withhermes toolsand enable one there if the tool reports no backend. vision_analyzeonly for an explicitly requested compliance check;delegate_taskonly for large batches where the user wants speed.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ip-as-logo is a skill published in the GitHub repository NousResearch/hermes-agent (254,120 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 16 tokens to every session and 3,829 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-16.
