Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00085 $0.01268
Opus 5.5 $0.00034 $0.00507
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00254
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00127

Security

Grade A, and why

call-review-coach scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Call review coach

Use evidence from one call to help a rep practise a specific change for their next comparable conversation.

A review covers one conversation, a few moments, and one to three things to try next time. A sample of discovery calls is discovery-rubric-auditor. A practice drill is roleplay-scenario-builder.

Next-call behavior. "When the buyer says manual reporting takes half a day, stay with what that delays before you show dashboards. Try: 'What does that work stop your team from doing?' Success on the next call: the buyer explains a consequence and you check your understanding."

Generic note. "Be more consultative and tighten discovery. Work on active listening and next-step control."

If a manager cannot hear the change on the next comparable call, it is not coaching.

Inputs

Ask only for the inputs that change the review:

  1. The source you can actually access: recording, transcript, notes, or summary
  2. Call type, intended outcome, and who was in the room
  3. Rep role, tenure, and segment
  4. The team's sales methodology or coaching rubric, if available
  5. What the coach wants to change, if they already know
  6. Whether names must be anonymized

Lead with what happened on the call and the most useful change for the rep. Use the team's rubric or methodology to inform your judgment when it is available. A familiar sales concept can help explain a coaching point, but the advice should make sense in plain language. Organise ordinary feedback around the conversation and the rep's next move; reserve an element-by-element framework assessment for an explicit request.

If the recording is not reachable, work from what you have and say so. Never imply you heard a moment you could not access.

Supporting material

Read the relevant sections of references/call-coaching-rubric.md when checking feedback or scoring a review. It covers coaching language, call-type applicability, and scoring anchors. A supplied team rubric takes precedence over the generic anchors.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
