Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00040 $0.00516
Opus 5 $0.00020 $0.00258
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00103
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

webull-account scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 34 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Webull account reads

Read the matching references/endpoints.json entry, follow its schema_ref into references/openapi.json, and read references/authentication.md before constructing each request. Use the official Webull Open API reference as the source.

First-use onboarding

Before the first account request, check the secure environment for WEBULL_APP_KEY and WEBULL_APP_SECRET. If the API Key is missing, ask the user to configure it through a secret manager or local environment and stop. Never request or echo secrets in chat.

Supported endpoints

Workflow

  1. Start with /openapi/account/list when the account identifier is unknown. Do not guess or select an account silently.

  2. For balance or positions, require an account id only if that endpoint’s catalog entry marks it required. Construct its location, query, and body fields from the catalog, not from this skill or another endpoint.

  3. Invoke the runtime with placeholders only:

python scripts/webull_api.py request --method GET --path /openapi/account/list
    python scripts/webull_api.py request --method GET --path /openapi/assets/balance --query-json '{"account_id":"<ACCOUNT_ID>"}'

If the catalog specifies a different method or placement, follow the catalog.

  4. Redact account ids when unnecessary, and never print tokens, signatures, or private identifiers beyond what the user needs. Treat balances and positions as sensitive personal financial data.

  5. Report the environment, request timestamp, returned currency/units, and whether the response is complete. Do not calculate a recommendation, infer risk tolerance, or place/modify/cancel an order from these reads.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
