dash-sylvereye: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/docs-deploy/SKILL.md

docs-deploy is a skill for Claude Code from observatoriogeo/dash-sylvereye. It costs 187 tokens per session (3,526 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project-specific procedure for updating and publishing the Dash Sylvereye documentation website through GitHub Pages, a service that hosts websites from a Git repository.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps deploy, redeploy, publish, update, or check the live documentation site using the project's GitHub Actions workflow.
Why use it?
It records the exact repository, build command, workflow, branch, and custom web address, reducing mistakes when putting documentation online.

Written for Claude Code: installed under .claude/.

This is observatoriogeo/dash-sylvereye's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on dash-sylvereye itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything dash-sylvereye configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00187 $0.03526
Opus 5 $0.00093 $0.01763
Sonnet 5 $0.00037 $0.00705
Haiku 4.5 $0.00019 $0.00353

Measured 12d ago against content hash 3d43cb0d8c8c, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

docs-deploy scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 283 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Docs deploy workflow (Dash Sylvereye)

End-to-end loop for publishing the Dash Sylvereye documentation site to GitHub Pages on the vanity domain https://dashsylvereye.observatoriogeo.mx. The deploy is a single GitHub Actions workflow; there is no SSH, no Jinja2 templating, no reverse-proxy chain. Pushes to main that touch website/** (or the workflow file itself) build and publish; nothing else triggers a deploy.

Fixed parameters for this project

These do not change across deploys. If the user asks to deploy somewhere else, stop and ask, do not silently swap a value.

Param Value Where
Repo (SSH) [email protected]:observatoriogeo/dash-sylvereye.git
Default branch main
Workflow .github/workflows/docs-deploy.yml (jobs: build, deploy)
Build path website/
Build cmd cd website && npm ci && npm run build
Lock file (must be tracked) website/package-lock.json
Node version 20 (pinned by actions/setup-node@v4) workflow
Custom domain dashsylvereye.observatoriogeo.mx website/static/CNAME
DNS record CNAME dashsylvereye.observatoriogeo.mx. -> observatoriogeo.github.io. observatoriogeo.mx zone (out of repo scope)
Pages config build_type: workflow, cname: dashsylvereye.observatoriogeo.mx, https_enforced: true repo Settings → Pages
Workflow trigger paths website/**, .github/workflows/docs-deploy.yml workflow on.push.paths

Architecture (so you can debug when something does not deploy)

git push main
│ (only if paths under website/** or the workflow file changed)
     ▼
.github/workflows/docs-deploy.yml
     ├─ build: actions/checkout → setup-node@20 (cache: website/package-lock.json)
     │ → npm ci (in website/) → npm run build → upload-pages-artifact
     └─ deploy: actions/deploy-pages → Pages serves at dashsylvereye.observatoriogeo.mx

Total time end-to-end is around one minute (typical: ~55 s build, ~8 s deploy). The two jobs run sequentially; the deploy job depends on the build artifact. No SSH layer, no proxy chain, no manual steps after push.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

docs-deploy is a skill published in the GitHub repository observatoriogeo/dash-sylvereye (11 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 187 tokens to every session and 3,526 once invoked, about $0.0009 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
