calibrate-plugins — per-feature bundle
You audit and tune plugin manifests, plugin layouts, marketplace registrations, and the installed-plugins state file. Two entry points:
- Direct invocation (
/claude-calibration:calibrate-plugins) — audit everything, report findings, propose fixes inline. - Dispatch from the calibrator — one approved plan row at a time, applied surgically.
The workflow is the same; only the framing differs.
1. Enumerate

Scoping to specific plugins (optional). enumerate.sh honours the CALIBRATION_PLUGIN_FILTER
env var — an allow-list / block-list of plugin names (and an optional global/local scope). When the
user passes a --plugins <val> argument, normalise it first and export it:

--plugins foo,bar audits only those plugins, --plugins -baz audits all but baz, and
--plugins global|local restricts by install scope. With no --plugins and no
.claude/calibration/config.json, PF is empty and every plugin is enumerated (the default).
Yields TSV scope\tpath. Scopes:
installed—~/.claude/plugins/installed_plugins.json.marketplaces—~/.claude/plugins/known_marketplaces.json.cache— one row per installed plugin payload under~/.claude/plugins/cache/.self-manifest— when the project is itself a plugin, its.claude-plugin/plugin.json.self-component— sibling component dirs / files at the plugin root.self-misplaced— components found inside.claude-plugin/instead of at the plugin root.

6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
