okhp3-askjamie-repo-creator

okhp3-askjamie-repo-creator is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from OKHP3/skillz. It costs 81 tokens per session (973 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A repository-scaffolding tool for turning AI assistants, prompts, research notes, or product ideas into standardized GitHub repositories with governance files and preserved source information.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan and scaffold child repositories for Custom GPTs, Gemini Gems, Copilot agents, prompt bundles, research concepts, or prototype ideas.
Why use it?
It removes the need to design a repository structure from scratch and helps keep the origin, rules, and review requirements visible. It does not publish repositories or handle private data.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00081 $0.00973
Opus 5 $0.00041 $0.00487
Sonnet 5 $0.00016 $0.00195
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00097

Measured 8d ago against content hash e91cdbde3fe4, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

okhp3-askjamie-repo-creator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Create a governed child repository package from an AI capability, prompt artifact, research concept, or product idea.

Brand-specific overlay

Before scaffolding, read references/brand-overlay.md. The overlay supplies AskJamie naming, purpose, voice, and public-safety constraints; generic FoundRy governance and approval gates remain authoritative.

Scope

In scope Out of scope
Repository planning, safe scaffold generation, provenance preservation, governance overlays, manifest planning, and graduation checks Publishing, pushing, creating remote repositories, copying secrets/private data, or selecting a parent FoundRy without evidence

Trigger When

Use this skill when the user wants to:

  • migrate a Custom GPT, Gem, Copilot agent, or prompt bundle into GitHub
  • create a new FoundRy child repository
  • standardize a repository against FoundRy governance
  • convert a platform-specific AI artifact into a reusable capability package
  • generate scaffold files for AGENTS.md, README.md, CHANGELOG.md, manifest.yaml, docs/, origin/, skill/, research/, tests/, schemas/, assets/, exports/, and archive/

Required Output

Produce a repo package containing:

AGENTS.md
README.md
CHANGELOG.md
LICENSE.md
manifest.yaml
docs/
origin/
skill/
prompts/
research/
tests/
schemas/
assets/
exports/
archive/

Process

  1. Identify the parent FoundRy.
  2. Select the correct naming pattern.
  3. Preserve original platform artifacts in origin/.
  4. Convert refined deployable behavior into skill/.
  5. Put rationale and architecture in docs/ and research/.
  6. Generate manifest.yaml from the repo manifest schema.
  7. Add the repo to the FoundRy registry.
  8. Flag private, client, employer, or public-source-only constraints.

Parent FoundRy Decision

  • Use OverKill-Hill-FoundRy for systems, promptcraft, research, writing, local AI, apps, Mermaid, and FoundRy prototypes.
  • Use AskJamie-FoundRy for AskJamie, BrandGuard, Enterprise Sleuth, RAG, identity, and conversation behavior.
  • Use Glee-fullyTools-FoundRy for Glee-fully Tools, Tool-ettes, consumer utilities, tone systems, and life/productivity tools.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
