ololand-dd-partner-signoff

ololand-dd-partner-signoff is a skill for Claude Code from ololand-ai/ololand-plugins. It costs 64 tokens per session (667 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A human-approval checkpoint for OloLand deal documents issued under a firm's name. It requires a partner or more senior person to approve certain investment, regulatory, insurance, or signed valuation documents before they are marked final.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it before sending an investment-committee memo, regulator export, insurance packet, final deal dossier, or signed PDF containing a valuation or transaction calculation.
Why use it?
It prevents an AI-generated number or document from being treated as the firm's official work without accountable human review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00064 $0.00667
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.00333
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00133
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00067

Security

Grade A, and why

ololand-dd-partner-signoff scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Partner sign-off gate

A deal output that leaves OloLand with the firm's name attached is no longer an AI artifact — it is the firm's work product. Before any such artifact is finalized, the agent MUST surface a structured sign-off prompt and refuse to mark the artifact "final" until a human with partner-or-above role has approved.

This is the M&A analog of the legal-tech rule that "agents do not operate without lawyer agreement." Translated to private equity, investment banking, and M&A advisory: agents do not commit a number under the firm's letterhead without partner-or-above approval.

When this skill applies

Trigger the sign-off gate when the user requests, or the agent is about to produce, any of:

  • An IC memo intended for committee distribution
  • A regulator export via request_regulator_export / get_regulator_export
  • An RWI (representations & warranties insurance) underwriter packet
  • A final deal dossier intended for LPs, lenders, or insurance counterparties
  • A signed PDF that includes a deterministic valuation number (DCF, LBO IRR, MOIC, accretion/dilution figure) under the firm's name
  • A merger-readiness sign-off (get_merger_readiness → committed export)

Skip the gate for in-platform exploratory artifacts: draft memos still being edited, scratch valuations, internal-only risk reviews, and anything labeled "draft" or "preview".

The sign-off contract

Before finalizing, emit a structured sign-off prompt with four elements:

  1. Artifact summary — one sentence describing what is about to be finalized
  2. Load-bearing numbers — every dollar figure, multiple, IRR, MOIC, or ratio that appears in the artifact, each with its [N] citation
  3. Open items — any reconciliation gap, missing source, estimated input, or unverified assumption (cite from check_citation_coverage and reconcile_documents if available)
  4. Partner ask — an explicit request: "Partner approval required before this artifact is committed. Reply APPROVE, REJECT, or REQUEST CHANGES."

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
