Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00023 | $0.01132 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00012 | $0.00566 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00226 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00113 |
Grade A, and why
setup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 130 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/guide:setup — Configure Your Content Pipeline
"Would it save you a lot of time if I just gave up and went mad now?" No. Let's set this up properly instead.
Interactive setup for the Guide content pipeline. Creates your content/config.yaml by asking what you care about, where you get your information, and how you write.
Run this once. After that, /guide:pipeline handles everything.
When This Runs
- First time: User runs
/guide:setupdirectly, or/guide:pipelinedetects no config and suggests it - Reconfiguration: User runs
/guide:setupagain to add sources, change themes, etc. — existing config is read and updated, not overwritten
Steps
Step 1: Read Existing State
- Check if
content/config.yamlalready exists - If yes, read it — this is a reconfiguration, not a fresh setup. Pre-fill answers from existing values.
- Check if
defaults/config.yamlexists in the plugin directory for the schema reference
Step 2: Voice Profile
Ask:
"First — how do you write? Do you have an existing writing voice document, or should we figure it out together?"
If they have a voice file: Ask for the path (e.g., thoughts/writing-voice.md). Read it to confirm it looks like a voice profile.
If they don't: Ask a few questions to build one:
- "Describe your writing style in 3 words"
- "What kind of writing makes you cringe?" (these become anti-patterns)
- "Any corporate jargon that should never appear in your content?" (seed the blocklist)
- Write a basic voice profile to
thoughts/writing-voice.mdand reference it in config
Step 3: Themes
Ask:
"What topics matter to you? Think both personal (what you care about as a human) and professional (what you work on)."
Let them list freely. Organize into themes.personal and themes.professional in the config. Suggest categorization but don't force it.
If they're stuck, offer examples:
- Personal: transformation, fitness, creativity, parenting, travel, vulnerability
- Professional: engineering, AI, leadership, product, design, startups
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

setup is a skill published in the GitHub repository ondrej-svec/heart-of-gold-toolkit (19 stars, last pushed 21d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 23 tokens to every session and 1,132 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
