Read it in this order
- Health messages.
type: error/warningitems are the app telling you exactly what's wrong (e.g. "No indexers available", "Download client unavailable", "Root folder missing"). Address these first. - Indexers. If there are zero indexers, or none have
enabledInteractive/enabledAutomatic, then searches will return nothing — that's the cause of "nothing downloads". Report it; MCPArr doesn't configure indexers (do that in the web UI). - Download clients. If there are zero clients (or all disabled), grabs will fail even when a release is found. Report it.
- Disk space. Low/zero free space stops imports. Flag any volume under, say, a few GB free.
Mapping symptoms to causes

Scope
MCPArr is for operating Sonarr/Radarr, not configuring their indexers/clients. When the fix is a configuration change, explain what to change and where, rather than attempting it through the API.
