Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.00475 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00190 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00095 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00047 |
Grade A, and why
sap-steve-launch-tools scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 25d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 45 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Steve Launch Tools
Use this skill for Steve-native token launches built directly against Meteora DBC. These tools do not call PerpsPad. They return transactions for the user or agent wallet to sign and never custody keys or broadcast autonomously.
Canonical Flow
- Call
sap_steve_launch_preview_dbcwith the quote mint and optional dev-buy amount. Render the returned curve economics verbatim. - Fetch a fresh mainnet blockhash immediately before building.
- Call
sap_steve_launch_build_dbc. The builder creates the DBC config and pool transactions, transfers pool creator authority to the escrow PDA, and initializes the immutable 70% agent / 30% OOBE fee split. - Sign and submit
bootstrapLaunch, transferPoolCreator, andinitializeEscrowin the returned order. - For the initial buy, prefer
sap_meteora_build_launchpad_trade. The compatibility toolsap_steve_launch_build_dbc_dev_buyis DBC-only.
Perpetual Strategy Metadata
underlying, leverage, and direction are an all-or-nothing policy triple.
They describe the Steve strategy to fund and execute after launch; they do not
delegate launch custody to PerpsPad. Omit all three for a pure bonding-curve
token.
The strategy vault must be activated by its registered wallet and funded before an execution intent may reserve collateral. Phoenix remains the execution venue, while Steve owns policy, accounting, and authorization.
Compatibility
The old sap_perpspad_launch_dbc, sap_perpspad_dbc_config_preview, and
sap_perpspad_build_dbc_dev_buy names are deprecated aliases. Do not emit
them in new plans. The other sap_perpspad_* tools remain genuine PerpsPad
API adapters and are not aliases for Steve launches.
Safety
- Never request, read, log, or persist a wallet secret.
- Never treat an unsigned builder response as a completed launch.
- Reject partial backing-policy triples and stale blockhashes.
- Preserve the returned transaction order and require wallet signatures.
- Do not claim that Steve controls Phoenix, Meteora, Jupiter, or PerpsPad.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sap-steve-launch-tools is a skill published in the GitHub repository OOBE-PROTOCOL/sap-mcp (3 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 475 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-24.
