What is uphold-project-invariants?

A project-rules loader that reads the repository's documented invariants and standards. Invariants are conditions the project must keep true, while standards are its agreed coding practices.

Use it before designing, writing, or editing code in a repository with files under docs/invariants/ or docs/standards/.

It helps ensure new or changed code follows rules already defined by the project.
