What is saleor-attributes?

A coding guide for Saleor's typed attribute system, which adds structured fields such as colour, size, or material to product and content templates. It covers attribute types, product and page types, variant choices, and filtering.

Use it to define product fields, configure variant-selection options, attach attributes to products or pages, and filter products by attribute values.

It lets developers model changing product details without adding a new database column and explains how those details are used in product searches.

Attribute System Overview

Saleor uses a typed attribute system to define flexible product schemas without database migrations. Attributes are attached to product types and page types, providing structured metadata for products, variants, and content pages.
