If $max_words is provided, use that number as the maximum word count (for example /word-limit 50).

Rules
- Keep the answer under the active word limit.
- Prefer direct answers over explanations.
- Avoid intros, conclusions, filler, and repeated context.
- Use bullets only when they reduce words.
- If the answer needs more space, give the most important part first and say what was omitted.
- For code, do not count code blocks as part of the word limit unless the user explicitly asks to limit code too.
- If the user asks for a full document, long implementation, or detailed analysis, ask whether to temporarily disable or raise the limit.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
