Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00109 | $0.02642 |

Grade A, and why
oxy-cli scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 194 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Getting data out of Oxy with oxyc
oxyc is an authenticated gh api-shaped client. Prefer it over curl — it
resolves the token, picks the right credential for the surface, and can tell
you what endpoints exist.
# Not published to npm yet, so `npx @oxy-hq/cli` 404s. From a checkout:
node <repo>/sdk/cli/dist/main.mjs <command>
The loop that works
Never guess a path. Three commands, in this order:
oxyc routes sql # 1. what exists, and what it does
oxyc schema {workspace}/sql/query # 2. the body it expects
oxyc api {workspace}/sql/query \
-f 'sql=select 1' -f database=<name> --md # 3. call it
To get data out of a customer's warehouse, that is the whole path:
oxyc api orgs --md # org ids
oxyc api {org}/workspaces --md # workspace ids
oxyc api {workspace}/databases --jq '.[].name' # connection names
oxyc api {workspace}/sql/query -f 'sql=…' -f database=… --md
oxyc routes <filter> matches on method, path, surface and description, so
oxyc routes query, oxyc routes admin, oxyc routes semantic all work. Run
it with no filter only when you genuinely want all ~670 — it is a lot of
context.
Placeholders — do not hunt for ids
{org}, {workspace}, {project}, {customer} and {me} fill themselves
from the customer repo you are standing in, or from --org / --workspace /
--project.
oxyc api {org}/workspaces --md # find a workspace id
oxyc api {workspace}/agents
An unresolved placeholder errors and names the flag that would fill it. It is never sent to the server as a literal.
Keep the context small
--jq '<expr>'on the server-side shape, always, before you look at a large response. Dumping a full thread list into context is the common waste.--mdturns an array of objects into a markdown table — far fewer tokens than the same rows as JSON, which repeats every field name per row.--cache 5mwhen you are walking the same endpoints repeatedly.--paginatemerges every page into one document. It is a heuristic on this API (pagination is not uniform); if a result looks short, pass--paginate-key <field>.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

oxy-cli is a skill published in the GitHub repository oxy-hq/oxygen (203 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 109 tokens to every session and 2,642 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
