Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00036 | $0.01617 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00809 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00323 |

Grade A, and why
client-entity scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 114 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Client Entity Knowledge Extension (Template)
Purpose
This extension encodes client-specific entity knowledge as standing instructions that apply to all agent work for a particular client. When loaded, the agent automatically applies the client's business context, seasonal patterns, key risks, and management preferences to every analysis, report, or working paper it produces. Clone this template and customise it for each significant client engagement. The instructions below use a hypothetical textile exporter as an example — replace every section with your actual client's information.
Instructions
How to Use This Template
- Copy this entire SKILL.md file into a new directory:
skills/client-[client-name]/SKILL.md - Update the YAML frontmatter: change
nametoclient-[client-name]and update the description. - Replace every section below with your client's actual information.
- Review and update at least annually, or when significant changes occur (new contract, change of ownership, regulatory change).
- Load this extension alongside the relevant domain agent skill(s) when working on this client's engagement.
Entity Overview
[REPLACE THIS SECTION WITH YOUR CLIENT'S INFORMATION]
Example (hypothetical textile exporter):
- Legal name: Karachi Textiles (Private) Limited
- Entity type: Private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act 2017
- Industry: Textile manufacturing and export
- Principal activities: Spinning, weaving, dyeing, and export of cotton textiles
- Revenue (latest year): PKR 2.8 billion
- Total assets: PKR 1.9 billion
- Employees: 1,200 (800 factory, 400 office/management)
- Fiscal year end: June 30
- Accounting framework: IFRS as adopted in Pakistan
- Auditor: [Your firm name]
- Key management: CEO (founding family member), CFO (qualified CA), Production Director
Revenue Streams and Seasonal Patterns
[REPLACE WITH YOUR CLIENT'S PATTERNS]
Example:
- Export revenue (70% of total): Orders peak in Q1 (Jul-Sep) for Northern Hemisphere winter collections. Shipments concentrated in Q1 and Q2. Revenue recognition per IFRS 15 at the point of shipment (FOB basis).
- Local market revenue (30% of total): Relatively stable across quarters with a 15% uplift in Q4 (Apr-Jun) for Eid season.
- Seasonal working capital impact: Inventory build-up in Q4 of prior year (raw cotton purchases at harvest). Receivables peak in Q2 after Q1 shipments. Cash position lowest in Q4, highest in Q3.
- Effect on financial ratios: Current ratio drops below 1.0 in Q4 (inventory-heavy, pre-shipment). EBITDA margin varies from 8% (Q4) to 16% (Q2). Annualised ratios from interim periods are misleading — always use trailing 12 months.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

client-entity is a skill published in the GitHub repository panaversity/ca-cpa-practice-agents (5 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 36 tokens to every session and 1,617 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
