compliance-calendar

compliance-calendar is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from panaversity/ca-cpa-practice-agents. It costs 42 tokens per session (1,996 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A template for tracking an organisation’s regulatory compliance calendar: required filings, deadlines, information checklists, penalties, and monitoring schedules. It includes Pakistan-focused obligations from FBR, SECP, and SBP, and must be adapted for other jurisdictions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to monitor filing obligations for entities such as listed or private companies and associations of persons, and to organise the information needed for submissions.
Why use it?
It keeps recurring legal and regulatory deadlines together and can flag when preparation time is running short. The listed obligations may not apply until the organisation’s type and jurisdiction are confirmed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00042 $0.01996
Opus 5 $0.00021 $0.00998
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00399
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00200

Security

Grade A, and why

compliance-calendar scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Regulatory Compliance Calendar Extension

Purpose

This extension encodes a regulatory compliance calendar as standing instructions for automated compliance monitoring. When loaded alongside the grc-advisory agent or any domain agent, it enables scheduled deadline tracking: the agent checks upcoming obligations, confirms preparation status, and alerts the practitioner when lead time is insufficient. This template ships with Pakistan regulatory obligations (FBR, SECP, SBP). Adapt for your jurisdiction by replacing the obligations, deadlines, and penalty provisions.

Instructions

Filing Obligations by Entity Type

When monitoring compliance for an entity, first confirm the entity type to determine which obligations apply:

Public Listed Company (listed on PSX): All obligations below apply. Additionally: PSX listing regulations, quarterly reporting to PSX, annual general meeting within specified timeframe, and XBRL filing to SECP.

Private Limited Company: FBR obligations (income tax, sales tax, WHT), SECP annual filings (annual return, financial statements), and employer-related obligations (EOBI, social security).

Association of Persons (AOP): FBR income tax obligations only. No SECP filing requirements.

Individual (sole proprietor or professional): FBR income tax return. Professional body requirements (ICAP CPD, renewal) where applicable.

FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) Obligations

Obligation Frequency Deadline Lead Time Information Required
Corporate income tax return Annual Sep 30 (for July-June FY) 45 working days Final accounts, tax computation, WHT certificates, depreciation schedule
Individual income tax return Annual Sep 30 20 working days Salary certificates, bank statements, property details, investment certificates
Advance tax (quarterly) Quarterly Sep 15, Dec 15, Mar 15, Jun 15 10 working days Estimated taxable income, prior year liability
WHT monthly statement Monthly 15th of following month 5 working days Payroll data, vendor payments, contract details
Annual WHT reconciliation Annual Within 2 months of FY end 15 working days Complete WHT deduction records, annual payroll summary
Sales tax return (federal) Monthly 18th of following month 5 working days Sales and purchase invoices, input/output tax summaries
Sales tax return (provincial) Monthly 15th-18th (varies by province) 5 working days Province-wise service revenue, input tax claims

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
