pandadoc-followup-list

pandadoc-followup-list is a skill for Claude Code from PandaDoc/mcp-server-guide. It costs 59 tokens per session (1,590 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A document follow-up list for PandaDoc, a service used to prepare and collect signed documents. It finds documents still awaiting signatures, ranks them by waiting time and value, and drafts a message for each.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review overdue or stalled signatures and prepare follow-up messages for the people who need to sign.
Why use it?
It removes the need to inspect every unsigned document and decide which one needs attention first. It drafts the reminder, but cannot send it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00059 $0.01590
Opus 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00636
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00318
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00159

Security

Grade A, and why

pandadoc-followup-list scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

PandaDoc Unsigned-Document Follow-up List

Find what is still out, work out what deserves attention first, and write the nudge. Run it on a schedule or on demand.

You cannot send the reminder. Be clear about that from the start — see the boundary below.

Prerequisites

The PandaDoc MCP Server must be connected. Required tools: PandaDoc:documents_list, PandaDoc:documents_details_get. Optional: PandaDoc:documents_search. If they are missing, say so and point at https://mcp.pandadoc.com.

The boundary — what this skill cannot do

There is no reminder endpoint in the PandaDoc MCP, and PandaDoc:documents_send only accepts documents in Draft status. A document that is already Sent therefore cannot be re-sent or nudged through the API.

So this skill surfaces what is stale, ranks it, and drafts the text. The user sends it, or PandaDoc's built-in auto-reminders do. Never say or imply that a reminder was sent. Never call PandaDoc:documents_send on a Sent document — it will fail, and trying suggests you misunderstood what you are doing.

Workflow

Step 1: Decide what "waiting" means, and say so

Document status is a closed set of 15. The ones that plausibly mean "out and not finished":

  • Sent — delivered, not opened
  • Viewed — opened, not signed
  • Waiting for Approval — stuck in internal approval, not with the counterparty
  • External Review — with the other side's reviewers
  • Waiting for Payment — signed but unpaid, a different kind of chase

Default to Sent and Viewed — those are unambiguously "waiting on the counterparty to sign". Include the others only if the user's request implies them ("what's stuck anywhere", "including approvals"), and state in your output which statuses you counted. A list whose scope is invisible cannot be trusted.

Never include Draft (never sent), Completed, Paid, Declined, Expired.

Step 2: Collect them

PandaDoc:documents_list takes a single status string, so this is one call per status. PandaDoc:documents_search accepts status[] but requires a non-empty query, which would silently narrow the sweep — so prefer several PandaDoc:documents_list calls with count: 100.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
