campfire: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/store-screenshots/SKILL.md

store-screenshots is a skill for Claude Code from pandulapeter/campfire. It costs 190 tokens per session (2,290 once invoked), scanned A, original, MPL-2.0.

A coding-agent skill for recreating Campfire's app-store screenshots. It renders the app for each supported platform, device shape, and app language, then places the resulting images in the store listing locations.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when the app's store screenshots, feature graphic, product-page header, or search-result images need to be regenerated.
Why use it?
It avoids manually capturing and resizing many store images while helping keep every platform and language up to date.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00190 $0.02290
Opus 5.5 $0.00076 $0.00916
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00038 $0.00458
Haiku 4.5 $0.00019 $0.00229

Security

Grade A, and why

store-screenshots scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 111 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Campfire store images

Every image is made from the desktop build drawn offscreen as each platform (the platforms share every line of the interface and its bundled fonts), with that platform's scale and system bars. Nothing here touches the production apps: the tool is tools/screenshots, which no app module depends on, and the only seam in the app is PlatformImpersonation in :presentation's desktop source set, which the desktop app never sets. See tools/screenshots/CLAUDE.md for how the tool works.

What a run needs

  • The library, in tools/screenshots/library/ (gitignored, never committed): a Campfire data folder's library/, covers/ and preferences/preferences.json, stripped to what the images show. If it is missing, stop and ask. Never write into the user's real data folder. Its setlists were trimmed for the shots (Frey-Tully Nuptials and Getting started); keep them that way.
  • Nothing else building in the clone while a render runs: a jar rebuilt under it fails later shots with a ClassNotFoundException while the run still reports them written.
  • Pillow for the contact sheets (python3 -m pip install Pillow where import PIL fails).

Where everything goes

Everything lands in ~/Desktop/Campfire store images <version>/ (campfire.versionName), replaced by every run, as PNG with no alpha channel (Apple refuses screenshots that have one, Play a feature graphic) but for Play's icon:

What Made from File
Store listings (9 devices × 8 shots × every language) Shot.kt, the texts in documentation/store-listings/screenshot-texts/<language>.md, ListingChipStyles.kt <store>/<language>/<device>-<n>.png
Play Store feature graphic (every language) and icon Compositions.kt google-play/<language>/feature-graphic.png, google-play/icon.png
Apple's product page header and search results image (every language; the caption is search-results in the texts) Compositions.kt app-store/<language>/header.png, app-store/<language>/search-results.png
Microsoft's poster and box art Compositions.kt microsoft-store/poster-art.png, microsoft-store/box-art.png

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

store-screenshots is a skill published in the GitHub repository pandulapeter/campfire (119 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MPL-2.0. It adds 190 tokens to every session and 2,290 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-02.
