Continuous-Claude-v3 is a Claude Code development environment that preserves working context between sessions, coordinates specialized agents, and stores project knowledge through ledgers, handoffs, and analysis tools. It is for people using Claude Code on ongoing or complex software work. Its catalogue entries are the skills, agents, hooks, plugin, and setting that provide its workflows and orchestration.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00024 | $0.00714 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00012 | $0.00357 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00143 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00071 |
Grade B, and why
morph-apply scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Reads MCP configurationmediumAgent snooping
mcp.json carries server URLs and auth tokens; reading it lets a mod discover and abuse other integrations.
Requires `morph` server in mcp_config.json with `MORPH_API_KEY`. How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 105 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Morph Fast Apply
Fast, AI-powered file editing using the Morph Apply API. Edit files without reading them first. Processes at 10,500 tokens/sec with 98% accuracy.
When to Use
- Fast file edits without reading entire file first
- Batch edits to a file (multiple changes in one operation)
- When you know what to change but file is large
- Large files where reading would consume too many tokens
Key Pattern: Code Markers
Use // ... existing code ... (or language-appropriate comments) to mark where edits go:
# ... existing code ...
try:
result = process()
except Exception as e:
log.error(e)
# ... existing code ...
The API intelligently places your edit in the right location.
Usage
Add error handling
uv run python -m runtime.harness scripts/mcp/morph_apply.py \
--file "src/auth.py" \
--instruction "Add error handling to login function" \
--code_edit "# ... existing code ...
try:
user = authenticate(credentials)
except AuthError as e:
log.error(f'Auth failed: {e}')
raise
# ... existing code ..."
Add logging
uv run python -m runtime.harness scripts/mcp/morph_apply.py \
--file "src/api.py" \
--instruction "Add debug logging" \
--code_edit "# ... existing code ...
logger.debug(f'Processing request: {request.id}')
# ... existing code ..."
TypeScript example
uv run python -m runtime.harness scripts/mcp/morph_apply.py \
--file "src/types.ts" \
--instruction "Add user validation" \
--code_edit "// ... existing code ...
if (!user) throw new Error('User not found');
if (!user.isActive) throw new Error('User inactive');
// ... existing code ..."

vs Claude's Edit Tool
| Tool | Best For |
|---|---|
| morph-apply | Fast edits, don't need to read file first, large files, batch edits |
| Claude Edit | Small precise edits when file is already in context |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

morph-apply is a skill published in the GitHub repository parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 (3,938 stars, last pushed 7mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 24 tokens to every session and 714 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (reads mcp configuration). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
