Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00092 $0.01271
Opus 5.5 $0.00037 $0.00508
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00018 $0.00254
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00127

Measured 2mo ago against content hash 0b0730da8639, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ads-budget-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Budget & Bidding Review — Spain

All thresholds come from .claude/references/benchmarks-spain.md.

Required Inputs

  • client_id — resolved via list_clients
  • date_range_start / date_range_end — default last 14 days; minimum 14 for kill/scale decisions.
  • Fail fast on missing input.

Data Collection

Pull in parallel (only for platforms the client has configured):

  1. get_google_ads_campaign_performance — campaign-level spend, CPA, ROAS, bid strategy
  2. get_google_ads_impression_share — budget-lost IS for scale decisions
  3. get_meta_campaign_performance — campaign spend, CPA, ROAS
  4. get_tiktok_campaign_performance — campaign spend, CPA, ROAS

Derive spend share, blended CPA/ROAS, and per-platform totals from these results.

Framework

70 / 20 / 10 Rule

  • 70% Proven — platforms hitting ROAS/CPA target for ≥ 14 days
  • 20% Scaling — platforms showing promise, need more data
  • 10% Testing — new platforms or strategies

Platform Selection Matrix

Business type Primary Secondary Testing
SaaS B2B Google Search Meta TikTok
E-commerce Google Shopping, Meta TikTok YouTube
Local Service (Spain) Google Search, Google LSA Meta TikTok
Info Products Meta, TikTok Google Search YouTube
Wellness / Salud Google Search Meta TikTok
Fashion / Beauty / Food (D2C) Meta, TikTok Google Shopping YouTube

Infer business type from the account name/config; ask the user only if truly ambiguous (otherwise pick best guess and flag it in output).

Budget Sufficiency (EUR/day)

Refer to benchmarks-spain.md for thresholds. Flag any campaign below the platform minimum as Critical — learning phase cannot exit.

Bidding Strategy Decision Trees

Google

<30 conv/mo → Maximize Clicks (cap at avg CPC benchmark)
30–50 conv/mo → Maximize Conversions
>50 conv/mo → Target CPA
>50 + revenue tag → Target ROAS
  • Flag any campaign still on ECPC (deprecated March 2025) — FAIL.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
