Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00054 | $0.01029 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00412 |

Grade A, and why
superskill scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 37 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
SuperSkill
SuperSkill is a consumer skill for a host-configured superskill MCP server, not a standalone API or offline service. Use only tool names actually exposed by the host: OpenCode Code Mode uses tools.superskill.<tool>, while Claude Code exposes mcp__superskill__<tool>. Other hosts may differ; never guess or mechanically rewrite a tool name. If a tool is unavailable, report that or use an already-installed CLI after verifying it with superskill --help. Do not install tools or use npx unless network use is explicitly approved.
Scope and authorization
- Treat a coding request as authorization for its specified project and changes only. Establish the actual checkout and project; never guess a project slug. If mapping is needed for authorized work, call
registerwith the absolute checkout path and use its returned slug. - Session registration and completion are coordination bookkeeping for authorized nontrivial code work; completion persists a session note. This does not authorize additional ADRs, learnings, tasks, or reports unless requested or required by project policy.
- Keep data scoped to the named project; access other project history only with explicit scope and authorization. Redact prompt text by default; use
include_promptsonly for bounded excerpts from the current project when explicitly requested and needed. Never expose secrets, credentials, or unrelated history. - Do not infer permission for network access, installs, global configuration, fixes, dismissals, manual cleanup/cache apply/GC, publishing, or destructive changes. The built-in session-maintenance preservation path below is the exception; preview manual actions and proceed only with explicit authorization.
Workflow
- Use the smallest workflow that fits. Simple questions and read-only lookups need no session, plan, HLD/LLD, or human-question ritual; ask only when scope, authorization, or risk is genuinely unclear.
- For nontrivial authorized code work, load
project_contextand search relevant project notes before planning. Register once with thesessiontool usingaction: "register", tool, project, and absoluteworkspace_path; retainsession_id. - Route with
superskillusing task, repo-relative files,session_id,workspace_path, and phase (explore|implement|review|ship). Reuse the same session; reroute when task, files, or phase meaningfully change. Complete that session with the outcome and verification evidence. - Inspect the returned worktree assessment. Use
worktree_envbefore installs/builds. Built-in session maintenance may automatically quarantine or relocate eligible clean, idle, session-owned checkouts after session completion once they are proven integrated into the repository's actual default branch; it preserves the whole checkout in a locked recovery archive, returns recovery metadata, and never deletes it. An assessment alone does not authorize manual actions. Manual cleanup, cache apply/GC, permanent removal, policy/config changes, and installs require explicit authorization; never force-remove a checkout.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

superskill is a skill published in the GitHub repository permanu/superskill (18 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 54 tokens to every session and 1,029 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-05.

memorix-memory
Use when prior workspace context, past decisions, solved bugs, handoff state, or durable project knowledge would help a coding task.
memorix
Use when Claude Code needs Memorix shared memory, reasoning, Git Memory, mini-skills, session handoff, orchestration coordination, or integration troubleshooting.
memorix-mini-skills
Use when durable project knowledge, gotchas, workflows, or repeated fixes should become reusable agent guidance instead of ordinary memory.
memorix-git-memory
Use when the task depends on commit history, what changed, when a fix shipped, or linking engineering evidence to reasoning memory.
memorix-reasoning
Use when a technical decision, trade-off, rejected alternative, architecture rationale, or design risk should be recorded or recovered.
memorix-sessions
Use when resuming work, preparing handoff context, binding an HTTP control-plane project, or deciding whether sessionstart is useful.
