What is upscale-image?

A command-line workflow for increasing an image's resolution and improving its clarity through the Pilio developer service. It uploads an image, starts the job, and waits for the result when needed.

It helps enlarge small images, improve detail, and automate image enhancement from a local file.

It removes the manual work of sending an image for enhancement and checking whether processing has finished.

Upscale Image

Use the Pilio CLI so upload, task creation, and polling stay aligned with the official SDK.

Require PILIO_API_KEY in the environment. Do not ask the user to paste API keys into the conversation.

Run:

pnpm dlx @pilio/cli upscale-image --input ./small.png

The command returns a task payload. If the task is still pending or processing, wait for it:

pnpm dlx @pilio/cli task wait <task_id>
