What is ui-mockup-gate?

A review gate that creates several UI mockup variations and a document describing screen states before implementation. It then pauses for a person to choose a direction.

Use it before building a user interface when you want to compare visual options and approve the chosen design manually.

It prevents development from starting with an unreviewed interface concept and makes the expected screen states explicit.
