vue-docs

vue-docs is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from pledgeandgrow/pledge-skills. It costs 29 tokens per session (2,653 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A reference guide to Vue 3, a JavaScript framework for building web interfaces from reusable components.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create, update, debug, or explain Vue components, Composition API code, Pinia stores, routes, and SSR applications.
Why use it?
It helps coding agents work with Vue's templates, reactive data, routing, state management, and server-rendered applications correctly.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00029 $0.02653
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.01326
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00531
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00265

Security

Grade A, and why

vue-docs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Vue.js — The Progressive JavaScript Framework

Version: Vue 3.x (latest) | Source: vuejs.org

Vue (pronounced /vjuː/, like "view") is a JavaScript framework for building user interfaces. It builds on top of standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and provides a declarative, component-based programming model that helps you efficiently develop user interfaces of any complexity.

Core Features

  • Declarative Rendering: Vue extends standard HTML with a template syntax that allows you to declaratively describe HTML output based on JavaScript state
  • Reactivity: Vue automatically tracks JavaScript state changes and efficiently updates the DOM when changes happen
  • Component-Based: Build UIs from reusable, composable components
  • Progressive: Use Vue as little or as much as you need — from enhancing static HTML to full SPAs with SSR

The Progressive Framework

Vue can be used in different ways depending on your use case:

  • Enhancing static HTML without a build step
  • Embedding as Web Components on any page
  • Single-Page Application (SPA)
  • Fullstack / Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
  • Jamstack / Static Site Generation (SSG)
  • Targeting desktop, mobile, WebGL, and even the terminal

API Styles

Options API

Uses an object of options (data, methods, computed, watch) to define component logic:

export default {
  data() {
    return { count: 0 };
  },
  methods: {
    increment() { this.count++; }
  },
  template: `<button @click="increment">{{ count }}</button>`
};

Composition API

Uses imported API functions to define component logic:

<script setup>
import { ref } from 'vue';

const count = ref(0);
function increment() { count.value++; }
</script>

<template>
  <button @click="increment">{{ count }}</button>
</template>

Which to Choose?

  • Options API: Easier to understand for beginners, good for smaller projects
  • Composition API: Better for larger projects, better TypeScript support, better logic reuse via composables
  • Both styles can be used in the same project; components are compatible

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
