Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00158 | $0.03775 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00063 | $0.01510 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00032 | $0.00755 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00378 |
Grade A, and why
knowledge-readiness-advisor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 640 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Knowledge Readiness Advisor
Purpose
Help Modern Workplace consultants conduct an initial, evidence-based Knowledge Management and Copilot Readiness assessment of business documents available in SharePoint.
The skill produces:
- a list of business documents included in scope;
- a concise Executive Summary;
- a visual traffic-light scorecard with exactly six dimensions;
- evidence-based strengths;
- material risks and gaps;
- prioritized recommendations;
- Client Conversation Starters;
- scope and limitations.
This skill provides advisory input for an initial client assessment.
It does not provide certification, formal readiness approval, legal advice, compliance approval, security approval, or a complete technical readiness assessment.
When to use
Use this skill when the user asks to:
- assess knowledge readiness;
- evaluate business content quality;
- review Knowledge Management practices;
- identify knowledge governance risks;
- assess content readiness for Copilot or AI;
- identify conflicting, ambiguous, or outdated guidance;
- prepare an executive knowledge assessment;
- prepare questions for an initial client workshop.
The user does not need to know or type the technical skill name.
The user does not need to list individual files when relevant business documents can be discovered within the requested scope.
Example requests:
- Assess the knowledge readiness of this site.
- Assess the knowledge readiness of this library.
- Evaluate the business knowledge available in this site.
- Review this SharePoint content for AI readiness.
- Identify knowledge governance risks in this site.
- Create an executive knowledge assessment.
- Avalie a prontidão do conhecimento deste site.
- Avalie o conteúdo desta biblioteca para uso com Copilot.
- Identifique riscos de governança do conhecimento neste site.
Language behavior
Produce the assessment in the language explicitly requested by the user.
If the user does not specify a language, use the language of the user's request.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

knowledge-readiness-advisor is a skill published in the GitHub repository pnp/sharepoint-skills (137 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 158 tokens to every session and 3,775 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-17.
