What is github-actions?

A reference skill for GitHub Actions, GitHub's system for running automated checks and deployment workflows. It includes workflow examples, caching guidance, and patterns for self-hosted runners.

Use it to create or debug GitHub Actions workflows, configure CI/CD pipelines, use caching, manage runners, or inspect workflow runs and logs.

It provides the relevant configuration and commands when automated builds, tests, or deployments fail or need to be set up.
