Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00071 | $0.00594 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00028 | $0.00238 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00119 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00059 |
Grade A, and why
teak-core-worker scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 26 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Teak Core Worker
Before changing anything, read the sections of apps/core-worker/README.md the task touches and "Rules every change keeps" in apps/docs/content/docs/(open-source)/architecture.mdx. Load the wrangler, workers-best-practices and durable-objects skills when the task needs them, and read current Cloudflare docs instead of relying on memory.
Invariants
- Workflow step names are durable history: never rename one, and add new steps after the existing ones.
- Every card-processing write carries the run's processing revision (
guardOf(job)); a stale write ends the run as skipped and never overwrites newer work. KeepprocessingStatusconsistent and every run reporting back throughworkflowDispatch.complete. - A
NonRetryableErrorthrown inside a step reaches the workflow as a plainErrorwhose message starts withNonRetryableError:. Code that matches on a step error's message must allow for that prefix. - Development binds only development resources (
apps/core-worker/development/wrangler.jsonc); never point it at production buckets, indexes, routes or secrets. - Self-hosted deployments use
apps/core-worker/self-host/wrangler.jsonc. A binding, queue, cron, limit or container added towrangler.jsoncgoes there too in the same change (src/deployment.test.tsfails otherwise); never put an account, route, resource ID or Teak value in it. - After changing a Wrangler config, run
bun run cf-typegeninapps/core-worker; never hand-editworker-configuration.d.ts.
Prove the change, cheapest first
bun test <file>inapps/core-worker, thenbun run testandbun run typecheckthere, andbun run cf-typegen:check.- When the behavior depends on the real Workflows engine (retries, errors crossing a step, completion reports), add a case to
src/workflows/cardProcessing/engine.test.ts(Wrangler'screateTestHarness, no account needed). - For user-visible behavior, follow
.agents/skills/verify-teak/features/card-processing.md: run the local end-to-end stack and read the run's steps, logs and stored objects through Local Explorer.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
