A skill for reading and searching an Intercom workspace through its web API. Intercom is a customer-support system that stores conversations, contacts, tickets, and labels called tags.

Use it to search conversations, look up contacts, find tickets, list tags, and read complete conversation threads.

It helps find customer-support information without manually opening records one by one. It can bring related conversations and customer records into an agent's work.
