Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00028 | $0.02751 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.01100 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00550 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00275 |
Grade A, and why
product-prd scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 319 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Product PRD
Purpose
Produce PRDs that give engineers enough context to build the right thing without ambiguity, while giving stakeholders a clear view of what is being built, why, and how success is measured. A PRD is not a spec dump — it is a decision record.
Trigger Conditions
Load this skill when:
- A new product feature or change needs to be scoped before engineering work begins
- A task exists with vague requirements that need formalization
- A feature request has arrived from a stakeholder or user research
- Decomposing an approved PRD into tasks for the engineering team
- Reviewing an existing PRD for completeness before it enters the build pipeline
Procedure
Step 1 — Decide Whether a PRD Is the Right Document
Not every feature needs a PRD. Use this decision matrix:
| Situation | Right document |
|---|---|
| Small, well-understood bug fix or UI tweak | Engineering ticket (no PRD) |
| New feature with clear precedent and no ambiguity | Engineering ticket with brief context |
| New feature with design decisions, tradeoffs, or multiple approaches | PRD |
| Cross-team initiative affecting multiple systems | PRD + strategy doc |
| Product direction decision (what to build vs. not) | Strategy doc |
| Everything the team needs to build a new product area | PRD |
Write a PRD when: scope is unclear, design decisions need to be made, success needs to be measurable, or multiple people need alignment before work starts.
Do not write a PRD when: the task is small enough to describe in 3 sentences in a ticket.
Step 2 — Write the Problem Statement
The problem statement answers: what is broken or missing, for whom, and why it matters now.
Format:
[User type] currently [pain point or unmet need].
This results in [observable negative outcome — use data if available].
We know this because [evidence: user feedback, analytics, support tickets, research].
Solving this is a priority now because [strategic reason or urgency].
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

product-prd is a skill published in the GitHub repository ProfFroggo/froggo-mission-control (2 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 28 tokens to every session and 2,751 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-07.
