delivery-workflow-integration

delivery-workflow-integration is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from protect-my-hair/nucleus-marketplace. It costs 55 tokens per session (567 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A delivery workflow step for collecting evidence from completed tasks and producing a final review package. It is part of the Nucleus V2 workflow system.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create final evidence reports and result files after approved-write workflow steps have finished and before human review.
Why use it?
It turns scattered task results into a consistent report while preventing this step from silently scheduling work, changing requirements, or publishing code.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00055 $0.00567
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00283
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00113
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00057

Security

Grade A, and why

delivery-workflow-integration scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/delivery_workflow_integration.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Delivery Workflow Integration

本 Skill 只做 approved-write evidence integration finalizer。它读取目标仓库中的 .nucleus/context/<workflowRunId>.json.nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/integration/integration-manifest.json 和每个 step 的稳定 result evidence copy,然后写:

  • .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/integration/final-evidence-report.json
  • .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/integration/final-evidence-report.md
  • .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/result.json

边界

  • 不实现完整 Workflow Engine,不自动调度其他 Skill。
  • 不写 docs/requirement/**,不回写 PMS,不创建 PR/MR,不 commit/push。
  • Step result 必须位于 .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/integration/steps/*-result.json,不得直接复用 .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/result.json
  • 所有 referenced paths 必须位于 .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/**.nucleus/tests/<workflowRunId>/**
  • .autocode/**.claude/notepads/**docs/bugfix/**、absolute path、..、other-run path、symlink output escape 均阻塞。
  • 任一 required step FAILED_BLOCKED 或 blocking gate failed/blocked,最终 status 为 FAILED_BLOCKED;否则 approved-write 固定 NEEDS_HUMAN_REVIEW

人审前子代理预审

每个 integration review / approval 点请求人工确认前,必须按对应 subagentPreReview 调度独立 reviewer 子代理;未取得“材料可提交人工审查”预审结论时,不得请求人工评审通过。

Files

What ships with it

7 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
