What is senior-frontend?

A frontend development toolkit for React and Next.js applications using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. It covers project setup, component creation, performance checks, accessibility, and frontend testing.

Use it to scaffold React or Next.js projects, generate components, add common features, inspect bundle size, improve accessibility, and optimize Next.js code.

It reduces setup and review work when building or improving modern React interfaces.

Project Scaffolding

Generate a new Next.js or React project with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and best practice configurations.

Workflow: Create New Frontend Project

Run the scaffolder with your project name and template:

python scripts/frontend_scaffolder.py my-app --template nextjs

Add optional features (auth, api, forms, testing, storybook):

python scripts/frontend_scaffolder.py dashboard --template nextjs --features auth,api

Navigate to the project and install dependencies:
