harborclerk: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/acceptance/SKILL.md

acceptance is a skill for Claude Code from r0shi/harborclerk. It costs 61 tokens per session (1,847 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An acceptance-testing workflow that runs an API test suite against a live Harbor Clerk service. It writes a dated report and opens a pull request; a pull request is a proposed set of repository changes for review.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it before releases or after changes to ingestion, search, MCP, command-line access, or keys.
Why use it?
It checks whether a running service still meets its documented API claims before or after changes and records the results.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00061 $0.01847
Opus 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00739
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00369
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00185

Security

Grade A, and why

acceptance scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 21d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 135 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Acceptance run

Drives a running instance through every product claim the API tier can check (docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-16-acceptance-suite-design.md), then turns the result into docs/reports/YYYY-MM-DD-acceptance-<host>.md and a PR. All commands run from the repository root.

Preflight

  1. The instance must be up. On the mini it is the native app on http://localhost:8100:
    curl -s http://localhost:8100/api/system/health | jq '{status, build, enable_cli_access}'

    status must be healthy. Note build; the report records it.
  2. Credentials come from Keychain, never from a prompt or a file:
    • admin login: service harbor-clerk-acceptance, account = the admin email;
    • the machine user's GitHub token: account harborclerk-bot, service github-token.
    security find-generic-password -s harbor-clerk-acceptance | sed -n 's/.*"acct"<blob>="\(.*\)"/admin: \1/p'

    If either is missing, stop and say which one.
  3. Decide the mode. Folder-scoped is the default and is safe on any instance. It adds and removes four watched folders (the fixtures, an empty one, one with a single document, one for H2), soft-deletes one of its own documents, creates and deletes two conversations, and leaves audit rows and soft-deleted keys; no other document is touched. Wipe mode (HC_ACCEPTANCE_WIPE=1) empties the instance and is only for the mini: it also needs HC_ACCEPTANCE_DISPOSABLE=1, a loopback HC_API_BASE, and at most 500 documents on the instance.
  4. Only on the mini, pass the native app's config so the CLI-gate checks can flip and restore enable_cli_access; set CONFIG_JSON empty elsewhere (the suite refuses it for a remote instance anyway). The Ask checks use the model that is active; with HC_ACCEPTANCE_DISPOSABLE=1 or HC_ACCEPTANCE_ALLOW_MODEL_SWAP=1 they may activate the smallest downloaded model when none is; it then stays active and becomes the app's persisted default (activation writes llm_model_id to config.json).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

acceptance is a skill published in the GitHub repository r0shi/harborclerk (3 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 1,847 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-19.
