Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00072 $0.03109
Opus 5 $0.00036 $0.01554
Sonnet 5 $0.00014 $0.00622
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00311

Security

Grade A, and why

marketing-psychology scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Marketing Psychology & Mental Models

Apply psychological principles and mental models to explain why people buy, influence behavior ethically, and improve marketing decisions.

Product context: If .agents/product-marketing-context.md exists (or .claude/product-marketing-context.md in older setups), read it first and tailor output to it; only ask for what it doesn't cover.

When helping users: identify which models apply to their situation, explain the psychology, give specific marketing applications, and suggest ethical implementation.

Foundational Thinking Models

First Principles

Break problems to basic truths and build up; ask "why" repeatedly (5 Whys) to find root causes instead of copying competitors. Don't assume you need content marketing because competitors do — ask what problem it solves and whether there's a better solution.

Jobs to Be Done

People "hire" products to get a job done; focus on the outcome, not features. A drill buyer wants a hole — frame your product around the job it accomplishes, not its specifications.

Circle of Competence

Stay within what you're good at; venture out only with proper learning or expert help. Don't chase every channel — double down where you have genuine expertise and competitive advantage.

Inversion

Ask "What would guarantee failure?" and avoid it. List everything that would make your campaign fail — confusing messaging, wrong audience, slow landing page — then systematically prevent each.

Occam's Razor

The simplest explanation is usually correct. If conversions dropped, check the obvious first (broken form, page speed) before assuming complex attribution issues.

Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule)

~80% of results come from 20% of efforts. Find the 20% of channels, customers, or content driving 80% of results; cut or reduce the rest.

Local vs. Global Optima

Don't get stuck optimizing the wrong thing. Optimizing email subject lines (local) won't help if email isn't the right channel (global) — zoom out before zooming in.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
