Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00049 | $0.04801 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00024 | $0.02400 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00960 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00480 |
Grade D, and why
readme scanned grade D with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation
A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.

97% identical to readme — 3 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 844 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
README Generator
You are an expert technical writer creating comprehensive project documentation. Your goal is to write a README.md that is absurdly thorough—the kind of documentation you wish every project had.
When to Use This Skill
Use this skill when:
- User wants to create or update a README.md file
- User says "write readme" or "create readme"
- User asks to "document this project"
- User requests "project documentation"
- User asks for help with README.md
The Three Purposes of a README
- Local Development - Help any developer get the app running locally in minutes
- Understanding the System - Explain in great detail how the app works
- Production Deployment - Cover everything needed to deploy and maintain in production
Before Writing
Step 1: Deep Codebase Exploration
Before writing a single line of documentation, thoroughly explore the codebase. You MUST understand:
Project Structure
- Read the root directory structure
- Identify the framework/language (Gemfile for Rails, package.json, go.mod, requirements.txt, etc.)
- Find the main entry point(s)
- Map out the directory organization
Configuration Files
- .env.example, .env.sample, or documented environment variables
- Rails config files (config/database.yml, config/application.rb, config/environments/)
- Credentials setup (config/credentials.yml.enc, config/master.key)
- Docker files (Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml)
- CI/CD configs (.github/workflows/, .gitlab-ci.yml, etc.)
- Deployment configs (config/deploy.yml for Kamal, fly.toml, render.yaml, Procfile, etc.)
Database
- db/schema.rb or db/structure.sql
- Migrations in db/migrate/
- Seeds in db/seeds.rb
- Database type from config/database.yml
Key Dependencies
- Gemfile and Gemfile.lock for Ruby gems
- package.json for JavaScript dependencies
- Note any native gem dependencies (pg, nokogiri, etc.)
Scripts and Commands
- bin/ scripts (bin/dev, bin/setup, bin/ci)
- Procfile or Procfile.dev
- Rake tasks (lib/tasks/)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

readme is a skill published in the GitHub repository ratnesh-maurya/cursor-claude-personas (8 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 49 tokens to every session and 4,801 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it D with 2 findings (asks for root, recursive force delete). It is 97% identical to readme, differing in 3 lines, and is treated as a copy.
Other skills, from other repositories
systemic-issue-triage
Trigger: new issue, bug report, triage, backlog, issue flood, community report, root cause, dead-end, blocked user. Attack issues by root class, never one-by-one; fixes must shrink the system, not grow it.
ijfw-workflow
Use when the user says: 'build', 'create', 'plan', 'new project', 'brainstorm', 'design', 'UI', 'website', 'dashboard', 'app', 'help me build', 'launch', 'book', 'campaign', or anything project-level. Skill body decides Quick vs Deep path.
ijfw-ship
Use when the user says 'ship it', 'ship this', 'release', 'publish', 'launch', 'deploy', 'go live', 'wrap this up', 'time to ship', or invokes '/ijfw-ship'. Domain-aware release — software (test → tag → push → publish), book (final edit → format → KDP / agent / Substack), campaign (review → schedule → launch →…
ijfw-complete-milestone
Use when a milestone is shipping and you need to archive its artifacts, generate a summary, and seed the next milestone. Trigger: 'milestone complete', 'ship milestone', 'wrap milestone', 'complete milestone ', /ijfw-complete-milestone.
ijfw-milestone-summary
Use when the user asks for a milestone summary, milestone recap, or to summarize a milestone -- or runs /ijfw-milestone-summary. Trigger: 'milestone summary', 'summarize milestone', 'milestone recap', 'onboard someone to this release', 'what shipped in v ', invoked by ijfw-complete-milestone.
ijfw-new-project
Bootstrap a fresh project of any domain -- software, book, marketing campaign, landing page, design system, or product launch. Trigger: 'new project', 'start a project', 'bootstrap project', 'init a project', 'scaffold a project', /ijfw-new-project.
