Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00064 | $0.00776 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00032 | $0.00388 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00013 | $0.00155 |

Grade A, and why
whatsapp-send scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 39 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
WhatsApp send
A message sent here is indistinguishable from one the user typed. The rail: the user sees recipient and exact text, says yes, then it goes. One approval covers one message to one chat.
Resolve the recipient
search_contactswith the name. Exactly one match: use itschat_id. Several: list them with numbers and ask. None: ask for the number in international format;NOT_ON_WHATSAPPmeans the number is wrong, not that you should retry.- Groups come from
list_chatswithfilter: "groups". Before posting,get_group_info; ifannouncement_onlyis true and the user is not admin, say so instead of trying. - A reply to a specific message needs its
message_idfromread_messages; pass it asreply_toso the quote shows.
Draft
read_messageson the chat, limit: 20, and match the register already in use: language (Romanian or English), formality, emoji, length. A two-line chat gets a two-line reply.- Write the message as the user, first person, without a signature or "sent by an assistant".
- Files:
send_medianeeds a localfile_paththat exists on the machine running wazap, or a public URL. Check the path before drafting; pickas_document: truefor PDFs and anything the recipient should keep at original quality,as_voice: trueonly for audio meant as a voice note,as_gif: truefor a .gif or an mp4 meant to loop like a GIF (a .gif needs ffmpeg on that machine). - Call the matching send tool (
send_message/send_media/send_poll/send_location/forward_message). It does not send. It returns adraft_idand apreview.
Confirm, then send
Show the preview the tool returned, exactly, and wait for a yes:
To: Ana (+40 722 …)
"Joi la 10 e perfect, ne vedem la notar. Aduc eu actele."
On the user's yes, call confirm_send with that draft_id. Do not call the send tool again. Report the result with the message_id so the user can follow up with edit_message (own messages, 15 minutes) or delete_message. DRAFT_EXPIRED (15 minutes) or DRAFT_NOT_FOUND means draft again, show the new preview, and wait for another yes.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

whatsapp-send is a skill published in the GitHub repository razvangirgiz/wazap (0 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 64 tokens to every session and 776 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
