Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00071 | $0.01735 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00036 | $0.00868 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00347 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00173 |
Grade A, and why
offer-quality-gate scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 158 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Offer Quality Gate
The Law
COPY BUILT AROUND AN UNDEFINED OFFER DESCRIBES A PRODUCT, NOT A DEAL.
"The offer is implied by the product" leaves the reader to assemble what they get, what it costs, and why they should believe it — work the reader will not do.
Target customer + problem + outcome + mechanism + proof + risk reversal + price/exchange + CTA + objection handling IS an offer.
When to Use
Trigger before:
- Writing any campaign, landing page, or sales sequence built around a specific offer (trial, demo, paid plan, lead magnet, waitlist, bundle)
- Launching a new pricing tier, package, or promotional offer
- Any time
growth-strategy-designnames a core offer that has not yet been validated - Before
campaign-brief-generatororlaunch-plan-designreferences an offer
When NOT to Use
- Pure brand or awareness content with no specific ask (no offer to validate)
- Internal product copy describing a feature with no separate commercial offer attached
- Offers already validated and unchanged from a prior cycle — reference the existing document instead of redoing the gate
The Nine Offer Elements
A complete offer defines all nine. An offer missing any one produces copy that the reader has to interpret instead of evaluate.
1 — Target Customer
Who this specific offer is for — same specificity bar as positioning-audit. A generic offer "for everyone" converts nobody, because nobody recognizes themselves in it.
2 — Painful Problem
The problem this offer addresses, in the customer's words, with enough specificity that the customer would say "yes, that's my problem" on first read.
Test: Could this problem statement be the customer's own complaint, verbatim? If it reads like a vendor's framing of the problem, rewrite it.
3 — Promised Outcome
What the customer gets, stated as a result, not a feature. "Access to our dashboard" is a feature. "See which campaigns are losing money before the month ends" is an outcome.
4 — Mechanism
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

offer-quality-gate is a skill published in the GitHub repository RBraga01/builder-growth (2 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 71 tokens to every session and 1,735 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
