Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00063 $0.01749
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.00874
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00350
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00175

Security

Grade A, and why

social-proof-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Social Proof Review

The Law

PROOF WITHOUT A SOURCE IS A CLAIM WEARING A CUSTOMER'S NAME.
"This looks credible enough" substitutes the reader's trust in the format of proof (a quote, a logo, a chart) for actual verification that the proof is real, current, and representative.
Source verified + context preserved + permission confirmed + accuracy checked IS reviewed social proof.

When to Use

Trigger before:

  • Publishing any testimonial, customer quote, or review excerpt
  • Adding any customer logo to a website, deck, or campaign
  • Publishing any case study or quantified customer result
  • Using any screenshot of a product, dashboard, or customer data in marketing
  • Making any before/after comparison claim

When NOT to Use

  • Internal reporting using real customer data with no external publication (different standard — accuracy still matters, permission and public presentation do not apply the same way)
  • Aggregated, anonymised statistics with no identifiable individual customer (still subject to ai-messaging-review if AI-related, but not to the permission requirements here)

The Eight Proof Categories

Every category requires its own verification before publication. A logo and a testimonial are not interchangeable proof — each has its own failure mode.

1 — Testimonials

Verify: the person is real, currently consents to being quoted, and the quote is unedited beyond minor grammatical cleanup that does not change meaning.

Rule: No testimonial without context — name, role, and company (or an honest reason why one of these is withheld, such as anonymisation by request). "Anonymous CEO" with no other context reads as fabricated.

2 — Customer Quotes

Verify: the quote is attributed to its actual source, was given in the context implied (e.g., not pulled from an unrelated conversation and recontextualised), and the customer would recognise and stand behind the quote as published.

3 — Logos

Verify: explicit permission to display the logo exists, the relationship described (customer, partner, integration) is accurate, and the logo is current (the company hasn't rebranded, been acquired, or churned).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
