核心逻辑：从「表观现象」（价格暴涨/短缺）出发，逐层拆解 供需结构 → 资源掌控力 → 技术自主性 → 新兴应用交叉 → 政策地缘 → 受益标的，形成对产业链格局与投资/风险的结构化判断。
本 skill 是编排器，不是孤岛。 它强制接线三个已有 skill：实时价格走
stock-data-fetch；研报/小作文里的数字降级核实走claim-verification；结论落档走openorder。
启动前的三条硬约束
- 价格必须现取：任何「暴涨/价差」结论，先用
stock-data-fetch取最新价（A/HK 用腾讯财经，商品/期货用对应源），禁用旧价；输出必须标价格时间+源。 - 数字必须有源：进口依赖度、集中度、国产化率、产能、出货量等关键量级，逐条按
claim-verification的证据梯度溯源到 S/A 级；无源的标 ⚠️ 不下定论（这正是「量级未证实」失真模式）。 - 结论必须落地到标的：框架不能停在「产业链格局」学术结论，必须走到第六层挑出受益标的并标 thesis 强度，否则等于没做。
五层漏斗（每层：关键问题 → 自检 → 输出）
第一层 · 供需基本面（理解价格的直接驱动）
- 供给：主产品还是副产品？供给弹性？新增/退出产能、检修周期、库存周期位置。成本曲线：谁是边际产能（swing producer）？成本底/顶在哪？
- 需求：各下游占比+增速？有没有结构突变（某新应用突然放量）？高价反身性：高价会不会触发减量(thrifting)/替代，让缺口自我修复？
- 自检：这个缺口是短期脉冲还是结构性长期？
第二层 · 资源掌控力（定价权归属与供应链安全）
- 储量/产量全球占比；消费占比与进口依赖度（净进口/消费）；进口来源集中度（CR3/HHI，是否地缘高风险区）；有无可作战略储备的本土替代资源。
- 定级（四档）：掌控型 / 加工垄断型 / 消费主导型 / 依赖型。
- 自检：中国（或目标国）在这个品种上是定价者还是价格接受者？
第三层 · 技术自主性（国产替代的真实进展）
- 资源提取→中间品→高端应用各环节，哪里卡脖子？国产化率？有无达「国际领先/先进」且已工业化的国产技术？能否用其他资源/工艺绕过进口（替代路径）？
- 验证指标：国产化装置数量、产能占比、成本优势、客户接受度。
- 自检：国产替代是已经发生，还是在 PPT 上？（这条最容易自欺，务必找工业化证据）
第四层 · 新兴应用交叉（与 AI/新能源/量子等前沿的关联）
逐一排查三种模式，并评估商业化成熟度（实验室→中试→量产）：
- A · 隐形耗材：直接造芯片/传感器/光模块等 AI 基础设施（如高纯石英砂、特种气体、湿电子化学品）。
- B · 动力/储能核心：下一代电池/超导/永磁（如锂、钴、硫化物固态电解质、稀土永磁）。
- C · AI 反向赋能：用 AI 优化工艺/高通量筛选材料/预测价格。
- 自检：与 AI 的关联是概念炒作还是真实用量？给出当前+3 年后的需求占比估算。
第五层 · 政策与地缘（系统性风险与战略驱动）
出口管制/关税；资源民族主义（国有化、提权利金、强制本地加工）；绿色低碳（碳关税/环保成本）；战略矿产清单/收储/补贴；运输咽喉（马六甲/霍尔木兹/苏伊士）。
