blueprint-internal-verify-dev

blueprint-internal-verify-dev is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from receptron/mulmoterminal. It costs 23 tokens per session (252 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A development sign-in restriction allows only people from the company's domain to create accounts or sign in. Blocking functions are checks that run during those sign-in events.

In plain words
What is it for?
It registers the beforeUserCreated and beforeUserSignedIn checks in the development identity service and verifies that a personal Gmail account is refused.
Why use it?
It stops personal or outside accounts from entering the development project.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00252
Opus 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00101
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00050
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00025

Security

Grade A, and why

blueprint-internal-verify-dev scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 27d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Domain restriction on dev

  1. Open Authentication > Settings > Blocking functions for the dev project and register beforeUserCreated and beforeUserSignedIn. First run sh <usecase pack>/checks/identity-platform.sh dev (with BLUEPRINT_BASE / BLUEPRINT_USECASE set); only if it fails, ask the user to upgrade at the URL it printed.
  2. Ask the user to try signing in with an account outside the company domain (a personal Gmail) and confirm it is refused.

Done when the check passes: the project's Identity Toolkit config lists both blocking triggers.

Always

  • Read .blueprint/spec.md first. It is the agreed specification; do not widen it.
  • When you need a decision, ask it through the blueprint question tool and stop. Do not guess.
  • Never enable billing, deploy to production, delete data or handle a credential unless this step's gates say the user approved exactly that.
  • Say you are done by stopping; the executor runs the check. Do not claim success yourself.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
