Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00118 | $0.00848 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00047 | $0.00339 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00170 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00085 |
Grade A, and why
rhdh-pr-mr scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
compatibility: "bash, git, jq, curl; gh for GitHub; PRIVATE_TOKEN (and optional glab) for GitLab CEE; JIRA_API_TOKEN when linking." How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 80 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
RHDH PR / MR opener
Shared script for push + open. Caller owns the commit and /mutation-gate
approval when an agent is driving. Weekly bots may call the script unattended.
Boundaries
- Not
/rhdh-pr-create(plugin changesets, recordings, monorepo publish). - Does call
/rhdh-jira-linklink-pr-mr.jswhen--issueorJIRA_ISSUEis set. - Skips Jira when no key is known — never invent one.
- Midstream
createPR.sh(distgit) stays forupdateBaseImages.shuntil a later migration.
Script

"$SKILL/scripts/create-pr-mr.sh" \
--cwd /path/to/checkout \

--head chore/my-topic \
--title 'chore: short summary' \
--body-file /tmp/body.md \
[--issue RHIDP-12345] \
[--label ok-to-test] \
[--dry-run]
Default is --no-open (no browser). Pass --open only for interactive agent runs.
GITLAB_PIPELINE=true forces no browser.
The script appends [<base>] to --title when that suffix is missing, including
for main (chore: short summary becomes chore: short summary [main]). A
title that already ends with the base branch is left as-is.
Stdout includes url: …. Exit 0 if a PR/MR already exists for --head.
Jira
| Condition | Behavior |
|---|---|
--issue KEY or JIRA_ISSUE set + JIRA_API_TOKEN |
After open, invoke /rhdh-jira-link (link-pr-mr.js link). The Jira comment is PR: <url> or MR: <url> (plus optional Adjusted fields). |
| Issue set but no token / missing link script | Warn; PR/MR still succeeds |
| No issue | [INFO] no Jira issue; skip link |
Override the link scripts directory with RHDH_JIRA_LINK_SCRIPTS when the
sibling skill is not next to this one in the pack checkout.
Agents
- Follow
/mutation-gatefor push + open (+ link if issuing). - Invoke
/rhdh-pr-mrby name (or run the script path when already inside a skill clone). Pass--issuewhen the conversation already has a Jira key. - Report the
url:line.
Tests
What ships with it
3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

rhdh-pr-mr is a skill published in the GitHub repository redhat-developer/rhdh-skills (18 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 118 tokens to every session and 848 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-06.
